For the past 11 years, Maisa has specialised in post-operative care for plastic surgery patients, as well as supporting pregnant and postpartum women in their recovery—helping them regain balance both physically and emotionally. As an expert in fibrosis treatment and post-operative complications, she utilises a combination of manual and technological techniques, including Kinesiology Taping, to optimise recovery.
Her advanced approach integrates lymphatic drainage, relaxing massage, and bio-energetic therapy, providing pain relief, reducing oedema, and accelerating the healing process. When working with pregnant and postpartum women, her goal is to enhance comfort and well-being, ensuring a smoother recovery journey.
Currently, Maisa divides her time between London and Goiânia—widely known as the plastic surgery capital of Brazil—where she collaborates with some of the industry’s leading professionals. This international experience allows her to stay at the forefront of innovations in post-operative and aesthetic treatments, continually refining her expertise.
